Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase from The Pickled Palm — but if something’s not quite right, we’ve made returns easy.
How to Start a Return
- Go to our Self-Service Returns Portal .
- Sign in using the email address you used at checkout.
- Select the order you’d like to return and click Request return.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to download your return label (if applicable) and ship your item back.
- You’ll receive email updates as soon as your return is received and processed.
You’ll need to sign in to your account to start a return. Once logged in, select your order and click “Request return.”
Return Policy
- Return window: within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
- Exclusions: Final sale items, gift cards, and promotional giveaways cannot be returned.
- Refunds: Issued to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected. The cost of originally shipping the product to you is not included within the refund.
- Exchanges: Want a different size or color? Start a return and select Exchange.
- Shipping: If the return is accepted, the Pickled Palm cover return shipping of the product.
